Registration On Site Appointment

If scheduling an appointment to visit the Registrar, the following measures must be followed when visiting District Office:

1. Families will be limited to two (2) total guests.
2. No children under the age of 16 will be permitted in the facility.
3. Each guest (again, no more than two in total) must wear a face covering
4. All current social distancing guidelines will be followed.
5. All appointments must be scheduled in advance. No walk-in service will be available.
6. Appointments are available every 45 minutes from 8:00am till 2:45pm each day the office is open.
